The Revenue Services division manages the City Hall public counter for incoming revenue. The Revenue Services office is currently open to the public for in-person transactions.  All services are available virtually as well. 

The division is responsible for:  

• Administrative Citation Hearing Requests 
• Animal licenses & permits - dog & cat (voluntary) licenses; more than two household pets & non-household pet permits
• Bus passes & taxi card - discounted rates offered for certain senior, disabled and student passes
• Business licenses
• Cannabis delivery
• Garage sale permits 
• Parking citation payments -records, administrative reviews and parking citation administrative hearings
• Parking permits - residential parking permits, contractor permits (30 days), daily permits, monthly employee lot C permits, driveway permits, quarterly employee permits, oversized vehicle annual registrations (24-hour permits issued by the Police Department at no charge to valid registration holders, subject to certain limits), replacement permits, and temporary rental vehicle permits.
