The Special Events Policy Guide serves as a one-stop-shop for details, policies, and procedures on holding an event in the City of Hermosa Beach in public spaces (beach, parks, etc.) and the public right of way.

Promotional Activation Program

The Promotional Activation Program allows organizations, brands, and businesses to conduct short-term promotional activations in approved downtown public spaces, including Pier Plaza, through an administrative permit process managed by the Parks and Recreation Department.
