ParkMobile has been expanded to all meters in the City.
By offering ParkMobile in Hermosa Beach, residents and visitors have a digital and convenient way to pay for parking directly from their mobile device. The easy-to-use app, with innovative and unique features, creates an even better guest experience in town.
The ParkMobile app offers a no-contact and convenient way to pay for parking with a credit or debit card. Users may initiate or extend a parking session without visiting the parking payment kiosk.
Current payment options including paying by card or cash, will continue to be offered.
ParkMobile Features- Extend your parking session remotely if you have not reached the maximum time limit;
- Receive text message reminders before your parking session expires; and
- Receive email receipts.
- Pay by App: The full featured app for iOS and Android provides the most complete parking experience. Download the app on your phone and register;
- Pay by Web: The mobile web experience lets you quickly pay for parking without downloading the full app. You can scan the QR code on the meter or go to ParkMobile’s website; or
- Pay by Text: Text “PARK” to 77223 to quickly start a parking session.
Important User Information
- Enter the full license plate as it reads on your vehicle registration without any spaces. Entering an incorrect or partial plate will result in a ticket.
- Use the correct zone/space numbers for the area you are parked. Check the signage, meter, or kiosk to determine your zone.
- How does enforcement work? If using the ParkMobile app, there is no need to display a receipt; however, you must enter your licenses plate number correctly to avoid a citation. If you are using the multi-space parking meters (kiosks), displaying a receipt in your vehicle's dash is recommended.
- Posted time limits still apply. Do not stay in the same parking zone longer than the posted time limit.
