Project Information
CIP 699, Parking Lot C Structure Improvements includes, but is not limited to, structural repairs and rehabilitation of the City of Hermosa Beach Parking Structure.

Project Status and Schedule
Lot C Parking Structure is scheduled to partially reopen on Wednesday, February 4, beginning around noon.
Following the completion of recent safety and traffic coating work, approximately 54 parking spaces will be available for public use. This includes 7 Disabled Parking Spaces located on the first floor and half of the second floor.
While limited parking will be restored, additional structural improvements will continue as part of the ongoing Lot C improvement project. As part of this work, the stairwells on both sides of the structure will remain closed.
Please note that the elevator will remain out of service until the project is fully completed, which is anticipated in late March 2026.
What to Expect:
- Partial reopening of the Lot C Parking Structure starting February 4 at noon
- Approximately 54 parking spaces available, including accessible parking
- Stairwells on both sides of the structure closed
- Parking meters reinstalled and enforcement resumed
- Continued construction activity in other areas of the structure
- Elevator unavailable until project completion
Important Notes
Parking Lot C employee permit holders may continue to park at any yellow parking meters, including those along Hermosa Avenue. Street sweeping restrictions remain in effect on Monday and Tuesday mornings in these areas.
