The City's Community Development Department assists development project applicants through the permitting and approvals process and posts key project information of public interest (e.g. public hearings, environmental impact reports, plans, studies and other key documentation).

3415 Palm Drive

The Planning Commission at its regular meeting on September 16, 2025 approved a revised project design for the property at 3415 Palm Drive. The plan consists of a four-unit development with a maximum height of 35.27', and 4 parking spaces in accordance with Government Code Section 65589.5(d) commonly referred to as "Builder's Remedy."
