Payments may be made online, via automated phone system, by credit card authorization form, or in-person at the Revenue Services Office at City Hall, Room 101, 1315 Valley Drive, Hermosa Beach, CA  90254.

Parking citations may be contested by submitting a Request for Administrative Review form.  If needed, an administrative hearing or Superior Court appeal may be made.
