Please visit the Revenue Services' Garage Sale Permits page to apply for a permit to hold a garage or yard sale (maximum of three garage sales within any 12-month period; each garage sale may be up to three (3) consecutive days in length).  Applications may be submitted to the Revenue Service office online with an e-mailed credit card authorization payment (5-7 day processing time) or obtained in person at City Hall, Room 101, 1315 Valley Drive, Hermosa Beach, CA  90254.
