Hermosa Beach residents 62 years of age or older and disabled persons of any age possessing a TAP Identification Card (taptogo.net) or an Access Paratransit Card (accessla.org) may obtain a taxi card with current proof of residency from the Revenue Services office at City Hall, Room 101, 1315 Valley Drive, Hermosa Beach, CA  90254.
