Please visit the Revenue Services' Animal Licenses & Permits page for information, requirements and an application form to obtain a Non-Household Animal Permit for one or more horses, cows, sheep, goats, pigs, rabbits, pigeons, chickens, pheasants, guinea hens, ducks, geese, turkeys and any other domestic, domesticated, exotic or wild animal, bird, poultry, fowl, reptile, and bees or other insects, other than those usually and ordinarily kept as household pets. 

Applications may be submitted to the Revenue Services office at City Hall, Room 101, 1315 Valley Drive, Hermosa Beach, CA  90254.
