Please visit the Revenue Services' Animal Licenses & Permits page for information, requirements and an application form to obtain a Household Pets Permit for households with more than two dogs, cats, canaries, parrots and other similar animals and birds usually and ordinarily kept as household pets. 

Applications may be submitted to the Revenue Services office at City Hall, Room 101, 1315 Valley Drive, Hermosa Beach, CA  90254.
