Visit Community Resources' Special Event Permit & Promotions webpage for information on obtaining a permit to have a special event in Hermosa Beach public spaces (e.g. the beach, parks, Pier Plaza) or in the public right-of-way, including an application form, policy guide and fee information. Depending on the scope and impact level of the event, the permit may be subject to review and/or approval by the Community Resources Department, other City departments, the Parks, Recreation and Community Resources Advisory Commission and City Council.
