Payment for an Administrative Citation may be mailed to: City of Hermosa Beach, Finance Cashier, 1315 Valley Drive, Hermosa Beach, CA 90254. Payment may also be made via email. Please email a signed credit card authorization form located at the Administrative Services Forms page to financecashier@hermosabeach.gov.
