Please note, your application will not be considered until all necessary forms are completed and all request documents are received. In order to ensure the requested permit is issued when requested, please submit the ROW Permit Application a minimum of 1-2 weeks prior to your work commencement.
Work done in the public Right of Way requires a permit:
- Street excavation (requires Public Works inspection)- curb & gutter, sidewalk, driveway, sewer cap/demo, sewer lateral, street pavement, utility service connections (water, gas, electric)
- Miscellaneous use - crane, material storage/drop-off, roll-off bin, scaffolding, staging, street/lane closure, temporary fence, parking meter, large vehicles (crane, moving van)
