Construction Notice | CIP 504 - Playground Equipment Replacement Project
🚧 Construction Notice 🚧
Dear Residents,
R.E Schultz Construction, Inc., a contractor for the City of Hermosa Beach, will commence construction for CIP 504 Playground Equipment Replacement Project on Monday, August 24, 2026. Construction is scheduled for the following 3 parks: Valley Park, Seaview Parkette, and South Park, between August 24th and September 25th, 2026, during the hours of 8:00am-6:00pm.
What to expect:
✓ Park closures where signs are posted.

Valley Park - Playground Area Closed (Basketball Courts and Field Area to remain open)

Seaview Parkette - Entire Park Closed

South Park - Affected Playground Area Closed (Geometric Climbing Tree Area closed, rest of South Park to remain open)
✓ Temporary no parking where signs are posted.
✓ Possible noise from construction equipment.
