🚧 Construction Notice:

Dear Residents,

 Sancon Technologies, a contractor for the Los Angeles County Sanitation District, will be conducting a sewer rehabilitation project starting Monday, March 30, 2026 through Wednesday, April 15, 2026 from 8am-4pm. Work includes installation of a cured-in-place pipe-liner (CIPP), installation of a cementitious coating and restoration. What to expect:

✔️Work Hours will be Monday-Fridays 8am-4pm.
✔️Temporary Parking and Travel Lane closures on 2nd Street and Valley Drive.
✔️ Local access will be maintained for residents.
✔️ Temporary sidewalk and/or alley access restrictions may occur during work hours.
✔️ Construction vehicles and personnel present throughout work area.
✔️ Above ground hoses with drive over / walkover ramps will be provided throughout the job site.
✔️ Greenbelt access will remain accessible. Pedestrians will be able to walk on the walk path without any issues.
✔️ Temporary odors may be present during CIPP. Odors will be most noticeable at each sewer manhole.
✔️ Intermittent loud construction noise especially during demolition.
