Dear Residents,

Cal Water will be replacing approximately 2,050 feet of new water main pipe and service connections to homes along Aviation Blvd. between Aubrey Park Ct. and Corona St., Owosso Ave. between Aviation Blvd. and 9th St., 10th St. between Prospect Ave. and Owosso Ave., and 9th St. between Prospect Ave. and Owosso Ave. Work is scheduled to start February 9, 2026 and anticipated to be completed May 31, 2026.

What to expect:
✔ Work hours are Monday-Friday 9am-3pm.
✔ Temporary No Parking where posted.
✔ Heavy equipment and large commercial trucks.
✔ Temporary sidewalk closures and detours.
✔ Temporary lane and street closures and detours.
✔ Construction Noise.
✔ Water service outages with advance notice.
✔ Pavement restoration.
