Homeless Update

It is with great pleasure that we announce that one of our most chronic unhoused individuals in the City has been housed as of December 3rd. Staff worked diligently with our partners to find a location and unit that best suited this individual's needs and we are happy to report they are thriving in their new environment. Staff continues to collaborate with our partners to provide outreach and housing navigation services for those unhoused individuals in our City.
