🚧The City of Hermosa Beach has temporarily closed the Lot C Parking Structure due to a structural safety issue identified during engineering analysis. To ensure public safety, the entire structure is closed to the public while a contractor installs emergency shoring at the entrance/exit area.

Emergency shoring work is expected to begin as soon as possible and may take the next few days to complete. The structure will remain closed, and the exit and entrances fenced off throughout the duration of these repairs.

Once the entrance is properly braced, the City anticipates being able to restore limited parking in the northern portion of the structure. Additional structural repairs will continue after the structure is reopened as part of the ongoing Lot C improvement project.

What to expect:
✔️ Full temporary closure of the Lot C Parking Structure until repairs are complete.
✔️ Contractor performing emergency shoring and structural safety work.
✔️ No vehicle or pedestrian access inside the garage until safety work is complete.
✔️ Recommended that residents and visitors use alternate parking locations nearby.
