🚧 Construction Notice - LA County will begin construction to our Hermosa Beach Library with their Restroom Improvement and Renovation Project, beginning Monday, November 3rd, 2025. The City has been advised that the library will undergo a temporary closure for the duration of the project.

What to expect:
✓ Complete closure of the Library for the full duration of the project.

✓ ADA sidewalk ramp closure for City Hall and the Police Dept. for a short duration of the project.

✓ ADA detour route with signs will be placed for guidance.

✓ Minimal parking impacts in the City Hall parking lot.
✓ Intermittent loud construction noise.
✓ Minimal dust or smell.
