NOTICE AND SUMMARY
 ORDINANCE NO. ORD-25-1490

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on October 14, 2025, the City Council of the City of Hermosa Beach (“City”) will consider the adoption of Ordinance No. ORD-25-1490.

Ordinance No. ORD-25-1490 amends Title 10 (Vehicles and Traffic) Section 10.36.010(A) (Parking Meters) of the Hermosa Beach Municipal Code, increasing parking meter rates to $3.00 per hour for on-street parking and $3.50 per hour for parking in beach lots (A, B, and C) and replacing the second paragraph in its entirety. The hours of operation for meters throughout the City shall be 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m.

Ordinance No. ORD-25-1490 was introduced for first reading by the City Council of the City of Hermosa Beach at its regular meeting held on September 30, 2025.
