🚧 Construction Notice 🚧

Dear Residents,

 

The City of Hermosa Beach has contracted with All American Asphalt to perform street restoration for the recently completed sewer improvement work. On Tuesday October 7th, 2025, from 8AM until 6PM, All American Asphalt will be conducting intermittent closures on Ardmore Avenue between 7^th Street and 8^th Street and on 11^th Street between Ardmore Avenue and PCH. The contractor has posted no parking signs and has issued physical notices. Please plan accordingly for the upcoming construction.

 

Community Impacts:

✔️Intermittent closures on Ardmore Ave (between 7th St & 8th St) and 11th St (between Ardmore Ave and PCH).

✔️ Removal and replacement of asphalt pavement.

✔️Posted signs have been implemented for traffic control.

✔️Minimal dust or smell.

✔️Intermittent loud construction noises (especially during demolition).
