Dear Residents,

🚧Construction Notice: Cal Water is actively preforming emergency night work on Ardmore Avenue between Pier Avenue and 16th Street due to an unexpected valve leak. Construction is ongoing and is expected to be completed no later than 8:00 AM. Cal Water's contractor W.A. Rasic will be installing a new valve. What to expect:

✔️Road closure on Ardmore Ave (between Pier Ave & 16th St) for the duration of the repair.
✔️Noise associated with construction operations are expected.
✔️Posted detour signs have been implemented for traffic control.
✔️Potential water service shutoffs during construction.
