To minimize daytime water shutdown disruptions, night work has been scheduled in your area on Thursday, July 31, 2025, from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM. W.A. Rasic will be installing a new valve at 505 Pier Avenue and replacing a damaged valve at Pier Avenue and Valley Drive.

Please note: Water service will be shut off beginning at 10:00 PM Cal Water has distributed water shut-off notices to all affected residents and businesses in advance of the interruption.

Anticipated Community Impacts During Night Work:

• Presence of construction equipment and work vehicles in the neighborhood
• Minor noise associated with backhoe equipment, steel plate removal, and drilling operations
• “No Parking” signs will be posted in advance of the work
• Temporary water service shutoffs during the valve tie-ins
