PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Hermosa Beach will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, July 22, 2025, at 6:00 PM, at the City Hall Council Chambers located at 1315 Valley Drive, Hermosa Beach, CA 90254 to consider the adoption of a report that describes the amount of sewer service charges to be imposed on properties within the City and collected on the property tax roll for Fiscal Year 2025-2026. The City has caused a written report to be prepared containing a description of each parcel of real property receiving sewer services furnished by the City and the amount of the charges for each parcel for Fiscal Year 2025-2026. The report is on file in the Office of the City Clerk, at 1315 Valley Drive, Hermosa Beach, CA 90254 and is available for inspection during City business hours.

At the hearing, the City Council will hear and consider all objections or protests to the report and the placement of the charges on the property tax roll. Any persons interested in this matter are encouraged to attend the public hearing or to submit written comments to the City Clerk prior to the hearing. Public comment is only guaranteed to be taken in person at City Hall Council Chambers during the hearing or prior to the City Council meeting by submitting an eComment, email or letter for an item on the agenda.

PUBLIC PARTICIPATION. Any member of the public is welcome to send the City Clerk’s Office written comments in advance of the hearing or provide public comment during the hearing.
