PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Hermosa Beach shall hold an in-person public hearing on June 24, 2025, at 6:30 p.m., to consider the following:

PURSUANT TO CALIFORNIA GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 3502.3 (AB 2561), A PRESENTATION TO DISCLOSE AND DISCUSS THE NUMBER AND NATURE OF VACANT POSITIONS ACROSS CITY DEPARTMENTS, REPORT EFFORTS TO RECRUIT AND RETAIN QUALIFIED EMPLOYEES, AND TO HEAR PUBLIC AND LABOR ORGANIZATION INPUT REGARDING STAFFING CHALLENGES AND PROPOSED SOLUTIONS.

SAID PUBLIC MEETING is open to the public and will be held in-person in the City Hall Council Chambers located at 1315 Valley Drive, Hermosa Beach, California 90254.

PUBLIC PARTICIPATION. See the meeting agenda for all public comment details and opportunities. All written testimony by any interested party will be accepted prior to or at the scheduled time on the agenda for the matter.
