NOTICE AND SUMMARY
ORDINANCE NO. ORD-24-1483
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on January 28, 2025, the City Council of the City of Hermosa Beach (“City”) will consider the adoption of Ordinance No. ORD-24-1483.
Ordinance No. ORD-24-1483 repeals section 3.08.020 of the Hermosa Beach Municipal code removing from the Municipal Code the settlement authority for the City Manager for claims and litigation against the City. The Ordinance is not a project under the California Environmental Quality Act pursuant to section 15378(b)(5) of the CEQA Guidelines.
Ordinance No. ORD-24-1483 was introduced for first reading by the City Council of the City of Hermosa Beach at its regular meeting held on November 12, 2024.
