NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Human Resources Division of the Administrative Services Department of the City of Hermosa Beach will receive proposals for:

RFP# 25-001, Pre-employment and Workers’ Compensation Medical Services  

Proposals must be submitted as PDF via the PlanetBids Portal (pbsystem.planetbids.com/portal/51313/portal-home). Proposals will be received until 4:00 p.m. PST, Friday, January 31, 2025.

Proposals will not be opened at that time but will be submitted to the Human Resources Division of the Administrative Services Department for verification and compliance with specifications and subsequent recommendation to City Council for award of a contract or rejection of the responses, as deemed appropriate. The City reserves the right to make no award.

The deadline to submit written questions is Tuesday, January 21, 2025 at 4:00 p.m. PST.
