CITY OF HERMOSA BEACH
NOTICE OF VACANCY

The City Clerk’s Office is accepting an application for the following:

Planning Commission – One (1) Member with a Term Expiring June 30, 2028

  •  Applicant must be a qualified elector of the City – Please submit a copy of your voter registration status with your application by visiting voterstatus.sos.ca.gov
  • The deadline for filing an application is 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 12, 2025
  • The City Council is tentatively scheduled to interview applicants on Tuesday, February 25, 2025 with the option to appoint on the same date.

Please visit https://www.hermosabeach.gov/our-government/city-clerk and click the “Forms” dropdown menu to find the application to apply. For additional information, please contact the Office of the City Clerk at 1315 Valley Drive, Hermosa Beach, CA 90254, (310) 318-0204. All completed applications should be submitted to the City Clerk at cityclerk@hermosabeach.gov by the deadline.
