PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The City Council of the City of Hermosa Beach shall hold an in-person public hearing on Tuesday, November 12, 2024 at 6:00 PM in City Hall Council Chambers located at 1315 Valley Drive, Hermosa Beach, California 90254, to consider the following:
AN ORDINANCE AND AN URGENCY ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 17.21 OF THE HERMOSA BEACH MUNICIPAL CODE REGARDING ACCESSORY DWELLING UNITS AND JUNIOR ACCESSORY DWELLING UNITS TO COMPLY WITH RECENT CHANGES IN STATE LAW AND OTHER CHANGES; AND FINDING THE ACTION TO BE STATUTORILY EXEMPT FROM THE CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT UNDER SECTION 21080.17 OF THE PUBLIC RESOURCES CODE.
AT ITS OCTOBER 15, 2024, MEETING, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDED APPROVAL OF THE ABOVE-MENTIONED ACTION.
