PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Parks, Recreation, and Community Resources Advisory Commission of the City of Hermosa Beach shall hold a public hearing on Monday, November 4, 2024, to consider a recommendation for approval to City Council of the following items:

New 2025 Special Events:

  
AND if recommended by the Commission for approval, the City Council of the City of Hermosa Beach shall hold a public hearing on Tuesday, November 12, 2024, to consider the same.

ANY AND ALL PERSONS interested are invited to participate and speak at the public hearing. The Commission Meeting begins at 7:00 p.m. Please see the meeting agenda or contact the Community Resources Department at hbconnect@hermosabeach.gov for participation details. All written testimony by any interested party will be accepted prior to or at the scheduled time on the agenda for the matter. The City Council Meeting begins at 6:00 p.m. Please see the meeting agenda or contact the City Clerk’s office at cityclerk@hermosabeach.gov for participation details. All written testimony by any interested party will be accepted prior to or at the scheduled time on the agenda for the matter.

IF YOU CHALLENGE the above matter(s) in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the above-listed departments at, or prior to, the public hearing. A copy of the agenda and staff reports will be available for public review 72 hours in advance of each meeting on the City’s web site at www. hermosabeach.gov.
