NOTICE AND SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. ORD-24-1479

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on July 9, 2024, the City Council of the City of Hermosa Beach (“City”) will consider the adoption of Ordinance No. ORD-24-1479.

Ordinance No. ORD-24-1479 amends sections 17.40.180, 17.42.250, 17.44.020 and 17.58.020 of the Hermosa Beach Municipal Code for Housing Element-Related modification pertaining to mixed-use development standards, review processes for certain projects, and multi-family residential parking requirements.

Ordinance No. ORD-24-1479 was introduced for first reading by the City Council of the City of Hermosa Beach at a special meeting held on June 11, 2024.
