REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS No. 23-007
Notice is hereby given that the Hermosa Beach Police Department is seeking proposals from qualified individuals or firms to update its current security camera system. Proposer(s) must have the expertise, experience, and demonstrate resources available to perform the work described in the Request for Proposals (RFP), as requested by the City.
No proposals will be accepted after the listed date and time. Proposals must be clearly marked with the project title and RFP number. Proposals must be submitted directly through Planetbids. The format, content, and procedures for submitting a proposal are provided in further detail within the RFP.
Proposals will be received until 3 P.M. on THURSDAY, OCTOBER 26, 2023.
Consultant shall perform all work necessary to complete the agreement in a manner satisfactory to the City Manager or designee. The work to be done is listed under the Scope of Services in the Request for Proposals.
The duration of the contract is three to six months from December 2023 to May 2024. The successful proposer should be prepared to begin the scope of services in January 2024.
Proposals received after the deadline will be considered late. Such proposals may be returned unopened. Faxed or emailed proposals are not acceptable.
There is a mandatory onsite walk-through for the project on Monday, October 2, 2023 at 9:00 a.m. at Lot A, located at 1101 Hermosa Beach Avenue, Hermosa Beach, CA 90254. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informality or irregularity in any proposal received and to be the sole judge of the merits of the respective proposals received. The award, if made, will be made to the most qualified proposer.
