NOTICE AND SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 23-1468

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on September 26, 2023 the City Council of the City of Hermosa Beach (“City”) will consider the adoption of Ordinance No. 23-1468.

Ordinance No. 23-1468 amends portions of Title 17 (Zoning) of the Hermosa Beach Municipal Code relating to short-term vacation rentals in commercial zones. This ordinance extends the City’s existing Short-Term Vacation Rental Pilot Program by two years to October 24, 2025, and clarifies existing permit requirements.

Ordinance No. 23-1468 was introduced for first reading by the City Council of the City of Hermosa Beach at its regular meeting held on September 12, 2023.
