NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Department of Community Resources of the City of Hermosa Beach will receive proposals for:
RFP# 23-006, SOUND AND STAGE PRODUCTION OF THE HERMOSA BEACH CONCERT SERIES
Proposals must be submitted as PDF via the PlanetBids Portal (pbsystem.planetbids.com/portal/51313/portal-home). Proposals will be received until 6:00 p.m. PST, Thursday, October 12, 2023.
Proposals will not be opened at that time but will be submitted to the Community Resources Department for verification and compliance with Specifications and subsequent recommendation to City Council for award of a contract or rejection of the responses, as deemed appropriate. The City reserves the right to make no award.
