NOTICE AND SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 23-1466

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on August 8, 2023 the City Council of the City of Hermosa Beach (“City”) will consider the adoption of Ordinance No. 23-1466

Ordinance No. 23-1466 proposes to change the speed limits in select areas of the City and finding the same exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act.  Among other things, the ordinance proposes to reduce speed limits on certain portions of Hermosa Avenue and establishes speed limits for Business Activity Districts and School Zones in the City as permitted by the California Vehicle Code.

Ordinance No. 23-1466 was introduced for first reading by the City Council of the City of Hermosa Beach at its regular meeting held on July 25, 2023
