REQUESTING DEPARTMENT: City Clerk’s Office

RELEASE DATE:                      March 16, 2023

DUE DATE:                              April 20, 2023

 

Notice is hereby given that the City of Hermosa Beach City Clerk’s Office is accepting proposals for:

 

RFP# 23-002, LEGISLATIVE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

 

No proposal will be accepted after the listed date and time. The format, content, and procedures for submitting a proposal are provided in further detail within the RFP.

Proposals must be submitted electronically via the City’s PlanetBids Portal at  https://pbsystem.planetbids.com/portal/51313/portal-home by April 20, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. PST.

Proposals will be reviewed by the City Clerk’s Office for verification and compliance with specifications and a subsequent recommendation to City Council is expected as soon as May 23, 2023. The City reserves the right to make no award.  The award, if made, will be made to the most qualified proposer.

Proposals received after the deadline will be considered late.  Such proposals may be unopened. Faxed or emailed proposals are not acceptable.
