Construction Notice | CIP 416 Sewer Improvement Project Phase 2
Sewer Repair Work as part of CIP 416 is expected to begin on Monday November 4, 2019 and continue through November, 22, 2019.
The City of Hermosa Beach has contracted with MNR Construction, Inc. to perform sewer repair work throughout the City. This portion of the project includes root removal, sewer lining installation, repair, and replacement of approximately 11,000 feet of sewer segments in four major areas of the City. This project also includes lining, repair, and replacement of approximately 60 maintenance access holes. Notices have been provided to affected properties and you can see the map of the sewer improvement work areas.
During this phase of the project, sewer repair work will take place near your property which may temporarily impact the traffic on your street. MNR Construction, Inc. will setup no parking signs, and a temporary detour to divert traffic to perform the sewer repair work. No Parking signs will be posted at least 72 hours prior to the start of work. Please ask the MNR crew to move vehicles or request any other help needed to maintain access to your residence. Working hours are limited to 8 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday and no work will occur on the Veteran's Day Holiday.
