A parent of legal guardian is required to complete the application for participants less than 18 years of age and must be present with the minor at the time of purchase. A photograph will be taken of the member to be featured on the membership card provided at the time of purchase. Membership cards must be presented to the Skate Park Monitor to allow for entry into the park, eliminating the requirement for a daily liability waiver to be signed, which is required to be signed by a parent/guardian for minors.
