The beach tennis courts are on the north side of the Pier within the Commercial Zone, which is between 10^th and 15^th Street on the beach. The courts are available on a first-come, first-served basis outside of times reserved for activities permitted through the Parks & Recreation  Department’s Contract Class Program, Outdoor Fitness Permit Program and the Special Event Permit Program.
