City of Hermosa Beach facilities and parks listed below may be sorted by category or amenity type. Click on the red map marker or facility name on the list below the map for more details.

  • Facility or park maintenance requests - please send in requests using the City's Go Hermosa app.  For urgent or after-hours items, contact (310) 524-2750 (Police non-emergency dispatch).
  • Facility or park space rentals - please contact the Community Resources Department at (310) 318-0280 or click on the applicable facility name below for an application packet.
  • Park hours - 5:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.--please observe posted signage for hours and restrictions.
  • Upcoming Holiday Hours
    • Wednesday November 26 , 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. 
    • Thursday November 27, CLOSED
    • Wednesday December 24 and December 31 , 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Clark Building

The Clark Building was renovated in 2025 and is located at 861 Valley Drive. The 5,119 sq. ft. art deco facility provides a banquet hall and a variety of spaces and amenities, which users may select a la carte, such as a kitchen, meeting room, stage, podium, audio system, and projector and screen. Tables and chairs are included with all reservations. This historic building can accommodate social and business events, celebrations, or gatherings of various sizes.

Free street parking is available directly across the street.

 Capacity: 200 seated | Size: 5119 sq.ft.
